# Team ### Jayden Cummins Jayden has enjoyed a career in the creative industries for almost 35 years, working across sectors including music, design, and film production in broadcast, corporate, and advertising. He was the creative force behind major blue-chip campaigns including TVC’s, online, social media, and print. In the corporate and commercial sectors, he produced corporate videos, interviews, events, presentations, press releases, social media, web content, and graphic design at both agency level and direct to clients. Jayden is based in Sydney, Australia. ### Matt Ford Matt has more than 30 years’ experience in advertising and marketing, particularly in the digital space, having begun work in this field in its infancy in 1999 working on Fairfax sites at Grey Advertising. His sales experience goes back even further starting with his first job where he eventually managed both the sales and customer service teams, and a $35million annual budget - at the age of 23. Matt’s time working with large international organisations gave him vast experience in effectively implementing processes, providing leadership, developing culture and, obviously, growing revenue through new business and ongoing account management.
